Our Personal Fitness Class and PE activities are designed to help the students learn techniques and methods of keeping in shape. The classes will use cardio and weight training with a goal of overall fitness. Activities include Physical conditioning through proper nutrition, sports, and outdoor activities.
“And everyone who competes in the games exercises self-control in all things. They then do it to receive a perishable wreath, but we are imperishable.
