Ben & Autumn Creach
Ben & Autumn quit their jobs in construction and medical reception respectively, shortly after the birth of their first son in March of 2011 because they wanted to serve in a ministry as a family. They love working with youth, living in community and being in the mountains, so after interning at the Ranch for the summer of 2011 they were excited to answer the call and come on as permanent staff in March of 2012.
Since coming to the Flying H they have grown from a family of three to six, and enjoy raising their boys and little girl in the fresh mountain air with lots of hiking and camping nearby to enjoy as a family. Ben serves as Facilities and Land Manager, as well as teaches a construction and a welding class during the school year. Ben loves being able to hunt close to home, and enjoying his outdoor hobbies (ie-camping, fishing, backpacking) while ministering to the boys in the program. Autumn serves in the office, as well as taking on various domestic duties (cooking/cleaning/laundry). Additionally she teaches the boys how to make cheesecakes in a culinary class. She is also the birthday lady, making banners for each boy, and providing an extra special dessert if they are hour free.
Ben and Autumn feel very blessed to be part of God working in the lives of these young men and their families, and raising their family in this beautiful place.
