Richard & Tricia Advincula

Administrator / Office

Richard Advincula joined our staff in late 2015 as our new Administrator. A graduate of the Master’s Bible College he holds a B.A. in Christian Ministry and is currently pursuing his M.A. in Christian Education at Dallas Theological Seminary.  Richard grew up in the Central Valley of California, where he enjoyed a successful career in business, until being called away to full time ministry. In that capacity, he has served as a pastor, chaplain and now missionary with the Flying H. He has also been blessed to serve in a variety of ministries throughout the years including: youth mentorship, pastoral care, discipleship, teaching, youth ministry, evangelism and Celebrate Recovery.

Richard joins our staff with a passion for reaching young men for Christ. A formal prodigal, he has experienced the challenges facing our youth and has witnessed firsthand the life changing power of the gospel. His deepest desire is for our boys to reach their God given potential by both knowing Christ and walking in the Spirit. Joining him in this mission is his wife Tricia and children Gabriel, Abigail, Elesha, Brielle, and Peter. Outside of ministry Richard enjoys the study of Systematic Theology and Hermeneutics. His hobbies include: hunting, fishing, atv’s and outdoor sports.

Trish Advincula joined the ranch in 2015 with a passion for children’s & women’s ministry. Born in Oregon and raised in Martinez Ca, by her adopted grandparents, Trish has worked in a variety of professional settings throughout the years. In addition to her secular career, she has also worked for several churches as both an infant coordinator and children’s director. Trish has been blessed to serve as a Sunday school teacher, M.O.P.S leader, women’s counselor and vice president for the storied Haven of peace shelter for battered women in San Joaquin County. When she’s not serving she likes to enjoy time with her family, fishing and exploring God’s creation.
